Apply today!\nJob Details\nThis role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.\nSummary of Role:\n$2000 sign on bonus - Productivity bonus paid out on every paycheck.\nShift Details: Four workdays per week scheduled between Monday-Friday, with one scheduled day off during that period. Mandatory local laws shall also prevail.\nResponsibilities:\nMaintains shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation to preserve complete and accessible operational records.\nEnters warehouse data to capture inventory movements, order status, and shipment activity accurately.\nRoutes materials, orders, and exception items through the appropriate workflows to support timely processing.\nPrepares reports on inventory status, shipment activity, and recurring operational issues for routine review.\nUpdates records related to stock balances, storage locations, and transaction activity to maintain control accuracy.\nAnswers routine operational inquiries from internal and external contacts to provide status support and execution clarity.\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.\n2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.\nCertified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred\nSkills and Knowledge:\nDemonstrates attention to detail to identify product, label, and documentation mismatches.\nApplies basic mathematical and verification skills to confirm quantities, identifiers, and order accuracy.\nUses judgment to follow detailed procedures, troubleshoot routine exceptions, and escalate issues appropriately.\nCommunicates effectively to coordinate corrections and share discrepancy details with relevant stakeholders.\nUses basic computer and scanning tools to complete checks and maintain accurate records.\nWhat Cencora offers\nWe provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
