Join us and make a positive impact on human and animal health.\nJob Details\nIndividuals in the Infrastructure Compliance Analyst role are responsible for the ServiceNow CMDB data integrity and server infrastructure Security Agents compliance. This role works closely with server application owners and support groups. Understanding of how ServiceNow integrates with other Applications and APIs.\nIndividuals will also be responsible for ensuring Server agent installs are compliant and will require experience in installing agents across multiple operating systems. Writing scripts to automate such processes will be advantageous.\nIndividuals will be expected to adhere to company standards and processes and have sufficient experience of ITSM processes such as change management, incident and request creation/tracking.\nPrimary Duties & Responsibilities:\nMaintains CIs to ensure CMDB accuracy and completeness.\n\nIdentifies process gaps, opportunities to improve and drive those to completion\n\nDetermines technical requirements’ impact on existing architecture, work processes, systems, and ongoing support.\n\nDetermines requirements impact on existing architecture, work processes and systems.\n\nEnsures Operating Systems comply with organization’s standards.\n\nEnsures proper communication/review of requirements and integration for impacted areas.\n\nEnsures completeness of technical requirements and functional architecture analysis for the design and implementation of system business solutions.\n\nWorks with analysts, architecture, and stakeholders to understand business needs, identify requirements gaps or issues.\n\nRequirements:\nExperience installing agents across multiple operating systems.\n\nExcellent analytical, and problem solving skills on maintaining CMDB data integrity.\n\nUnderstanding of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping tools.\n\nExpert knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB.\n\nGood communication skills and must be able to work collaboratively with system users and other technical teams.\n\nExperience technically leading teams. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of a broad range of hardware and software products.\n\nRelevant certification is required.\n\nTypically requires 3+ years of relevant IT work experience.\n\nBachelor’s degree or technical institute degree/certificate in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.\n\nMinimum Skills, Knowledge & Ability Requirements\nExperience with general IT concepts beyond their primary discipline\n\nUnderstanding of ITSM.\n\nTechnical leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution.\n\nAbility to prioritize workloads.\n\nExceptional presentation skills.\n\nGood analytical skills with attention to detail.\n\nGood interpersonal skills; effective team player.\n\nGood analytical and problem solving skills.\n\n4+ years of experience in systems engineering, systems administration, IT infrastructure, or a related field required.\n\nDemonstrates advanced capability in a primary technical area (e.g., Windows Server, Linux, VMware) with growing breadth across related domains (e.g., Cloud compute, network infrastructure).\n\nStrong structured analysis skills to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex enterprise system outages.\n\nRelevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), VMware Certified Professional (VCP)) preferred.\n\nSalary (annual gross): 66,026 - 94,324 EUR\nWhat Cencora offers\nWe offer a competitive annual bonus, life insurance from Day 1, a best-in-class health insurance package, and up to 6 fully paid benefit days a year.
