Apply today!\nJob Details\nThis role is in support of Cencora's global logistics and storage services marketed through our World Courier business.\nResponsibilities:\nHandles documentation and system updates to maintain accuracy and traceability of logistics operations\nMonitors shipment status and tracks performance metrics to identify delays or discrepancies\nCommunicates with internal teams, carriers, and customers to align requirements and provide updates\nResolves routine logistics issues using established procedures and escalates complex cases with supporting details\nMaintains organized records and ensures compliance with operational and reporting standards\nAdjusts task priorities and workflow sequencing to meet service-level and operational targets\n.\nRequirements:\nHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required\n2+ years of experience in clinical trial support, clinical logistics coordination logistics, logistics operations, transportation coordination, shipment tracking or a related field required\nFluent English communication skills, both written and verbal - must have\nFluent Hindi and Tamil communication skills, both written and verbal - must have\nWillingness to work in rotational shifts, including 9:00 AM - 18:00 PM and 13:00 PM - 21:00 PM, Monday-Saturday\nFully on-site availability required\nCertification in logistics, transportation operations, transportation systems, or dispatch tools or equivalent preferred\nWhat Cencora offers\nBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
