Apply today!\nJob Details\nThis role is in support of Cencora's global logistics and storage services marketed through our World Courier business.\nOur team works closely with other offices around the world as well as vendors and governmental agencies to find optimal solutions for our customers complex logistical needs. We offer an exciting and dynamic work place that rewards self initiatives and thinking outside the box.\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:\nEngage in effective personal communication with customers, colleagues and suppliers\nMaintain effective relationships with clients and proactively support their complex needs\nEnsure all shipments and customs requirements are handled according to company and international regulations\nCalculate, prepare and present quotes for external and internal customers in line with established guidelines and policies\nReact flexibly to deviations in shipments and provide customers with suitable and efficient solutions\nGenerate sales leads and collaborate with sales on identification and development of potential and existing accounts\n.\nRequirements:\nRequires broad training in fields such as business administration, logistics or operations\nFluent in German and very good English language skills\nEffective oral and written communication\nAbility to represent a positive and professional image\nAble to prioritize work load and consistently meet deadlines; possess exceptional time management skills and attention to detail\nStrong problem solving, analytical and investigative skills to bring issues to resolution\nFlexibility in working shifts, including some weekends and holidays\nProficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook\nWhat Cencora offers\nBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
