Apply today!\nJob Details\nThe Operations Executive is responsible for always representing the company professionally and positively. This role oversees the full shipment journey from initiation through completion and serves as a key point of contact for clients across all available communication channels. The position requires ongoing coordination with World Courier departments worldwide, as well as external third-party partners, to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.\nResponsibilities:\nHandle all tasks arising within the field accurately, timely, efficiently, and economically.\nReceive and process customer orders via phone, email, Salesforce, the Transport Management System, Customer Portal or any other channel.\nCreate shipment jobs in the Transport Management System or other relevant operational systems.\nChoose the safest, fastest, and most efficient mode of transport for shipments.\nFollow and meet valid regulations and guidelines.\nComply with customs law at the time of importation and exportation of shipments.\nCoordinate with internal and external subcontractors, including: airlines, handling agents, customs authorities, government authorities, drivers.\nProvide the highest possible service quality.\nBe available at any time for order acceptance.\nFulfill all training requirements accurately, timely, and efficiently.\nChoosing safest, fastest and most efficient modes of transport (flight, car, train, parcel, other).\nScheduling drivers (pick ups/ deliveries of shipments).\nChecking shipments documentation and labelling correctness (HWB, AWB, packaging, labels).\nMonitoring bookings and transport processes to react if irregularities occur.\nMonitoring planned departures/ arrivals of shipments (“Postflight check”).\nBeing aware of actual information (“All Station Mails”).\nBe aware of relevant rules (ADR/ IATA) and of mandated law.\nUsing all available working resources (TMS, OMNI, Webdoc, AdobeSign, DASH, Share Point, Salesforce and others).\nCarrying out inventory checks (GTC Report, packaging stock, labels, other supplies).\nSupplying order management.\nNetworking with service providers/ subcontractors (airlines, handling agents, driver, customs, supplier).\nPerforming preparatory activities.\nPre conditioning and packaging preparation for transport.\nLabelling and marking shipments according to the regulations.\nProviding or rather obtaining necessary documentation (HWB, AWB, Export/ Import declaration, Live Animal Certificate, DGD and other required).\nChecking transport paperwork according to ADR, IATA, DGR, CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) regulations.\nProviding and controlling documents required for import/export declaration.\n.\nSkills and Ability:\nStrong command of English, both written and spoken.\nNative in Polish or at least C1 level.\nCustomer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.\nExcellent communication skills.\nAbility to make sound decisions within the scope of own expertise and responsibilities.\nAbility to cooperate effectively within the department and across the wider organization.\nBasic understanding of the logistics sector.\nStrong ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.\nHigh school diploma\nNice to have: 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.\nWhat Cencora offers\nBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
