Apply today!\nJob Details\nShift Hours: Monday- Friday, with start time flexibility\nLocation: This position is located onsite at our facility in Sugarland, TX. There is no option for remote or hybrid work.\nThis role is supporting our AmerisourceBergen business, which offers supply chain services to healthcare providers and health systems in the United States.\nThis role administers a variety of training and development programs for associates within assigned Distribution Center(s). Assesses training and development needs. Helps individuals and teams develop appropriate skills and knowledge. Responsible for the planning and execution of learning and development content related to all phases of associate development. Provides training documentation, performance tracking and training delivery. Successful candidates will possess strong data analytic skills and the ability to successfully deliver training materials to new hires, cross training functions, leadership level positions, and to associates that need to improve performance.\nDelivers training programs for associates, including compliance, safety, specific job function training and related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). \nOversees training in all key areas of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, quality control, pick, pack, inventory management systems. \nDetermines training needs and communicates them to their manager and assists with the development of training aids such as instructional materials, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids, using a variety of media through contributions as a subject matter expert. \nGather content and design low complexity materials, meet timeline deliverables and deadlines, and communicate risks to project manager/lead in a timely manner as a subject-matter expert. \nRecommends changes to course material and training manuals to meet specific training needs. \nParticipate in the testing and piloting of new training programs and provide valuable feedback to ensure successful future training deployment initiatives. \nAssesses associates’ skills, talents, performance and productivity, prepare evaluations and make recommendations for improvement. \nOnboard new hires and manage training curriculum, identify skill gaps, identify future training needs. \nAdministers post-training performance evaluations and makes recommendations. \nConsistently implements measurement strategies. \nMust be willing to work extended hours, as needed, to meet training objectives. \nKeeps current on industry needs by attending regular meetings, conferences, and seminars. \nMaintains understanding of new educational and training methodology. \nUp to 20% travel. \nPerforms related duties as assigned. \nEducation:\nRequires completion of a four-year bachelor's degree and five years’ experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Training experience is highly preferred. Warehouse experience desirable.\nSkills and Abilities:\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines. \nDemonstrated knowledge of software technology, and proficiency with remote meeting technologies. \nAbility to review and interpret data; adjust as appropriate. \nAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. \nAbility to participate and contribute to major organizational change initiatives. \nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently. \nAbility to train others and established learning objectives in a fast-paced and changing environment. \nEffective teambuilding, organizational, and leadership skills. \nTraining experience is highly preferred. \nStrong presentation skills. \nWarehouse experience desirable. \nKnowledge of Labor Management Systems and Standard Operating Procedures preferred. \nExperience with Learning Management Systems preferred. \nFamiliarity with warehouse operations software and inventory systems preferred. \nWhat Cencora offers\nWe provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
