Apply today!\nJob Details\nResponsibilities:\nComply with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures for the reception and shipment of materials.\n\nPerform activities related to shipments, including packaging preparation, and labelling.\n\nUtilize the Operative Systems for all warehousing processes.\n\nEffectively manage relabeling, stock management, and relocation processes.\n\nStreamline processes to enhance efficiency in the warehouse.\n\nCollaborate with packaging contacts to maintain sufficient supplies in the warehouse.\n\nParticipate in an on-call rotational roster 24/7 with the logistics team to provide in-person emergency response for urgent shipments required by World Courier clients.\n\nWork in various temperature-controlled environments, including:\n+15 to +25°C\n\n+2 to +8°C\n\n-20 to -30°C\n\nEngage in scheduled weekend tasks for stock control and balance sheet processes.\n\nBe prepared to lift loads of up to 20 kg independently using safe lifting methods.\n\nLiaise with the Transport Customer Service team regarding World Courier transport bookings and processes.\n\nShare ideas and recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the business.\n\n.\nExperience:\nMinimum of 2 years of logistics and warehousing experience.\n\nExperience in receiving/put-away, inventory/replenishment, and pick/pack processes, including cold chain orders.\n\nUnderstanding of the sensitivity of handling pharmaceutical products and familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures.\n\nCurrent forklift license (counterbalance and electric reach trucks).\n\nMinimum Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:\nExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to take initiative and solve problems.\n\nAble to work in a fast-paced, pressured environment.\n\nSelf-driven with the capability to work autonomously.\n\nStrong computer skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).\n\nStrong numeracy, attention to detail, and verbal/written communication skills.\n\nAbility to adapt to tight schedules and variable workloads with a calm, customer-focused approach.\n\nWhat Cencora offers\nBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
