Join us and make a positive impact on human and animal health.\nJob Details\nResponsibilities:\nManages and maintains country payroll processing schedules and ensures all deadlines are met.\n\nCompiles, prepares, enters, and verifies payroll information feeds to produce timely and accurate paychecks for 500+ associates.\n\nVerifies deductions for stock, garnishments, social security, and income tax, to ensure each are applied accurately and in accordance with country-specific requirements.\n\nProcesses and obtains proper approval for special payroll transactions such as commissions, discretionary bonuses, stock, and TrueBlue awards.\n\nAudits all payroll calculations to ensure earnings (daily salary, over-time, holiday, vacation, etc.) are calculated correctly and in accordance with country specific statues.\n\nMaintains and oversees all country specific reporting including payroll tax filings, year-end statements, etc.\n\nPeriodically reviews and updates payroll checklists, procedures, and continuity plans, to ensure accuracy and efficiency with processes.\n\nProperly administers all payroll-related functions in compliance with the Corporate Payroll Department’s standard operating procedures.\n\nAudits and approves all payroll transactions to ensure compliance from a tax and company policy perspective.\n\nResponsible for all facets of payroll processing including data received from HR systems, time-keeping system(s), and benefit file feeds.\n\nPromptly researches and responds to employee, manager, internal clients, and external source inquiries.\n\nCommunicates issues and/or irregularities to Manager in a timely fashion.\n\nConducts research and follows guidelines to ensure payroll compliance with the country laws.\n\nMust maintain a high degree of confidentiality relative to personal data, salary data, and associate benefits information maintained within the HRIS system.\n\nWork Experience:\n3-5 years of Lithuania and EMEA payroll processing experience strongly preferred.\n\nSkill and Knowledge:\nExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.\n\nStrong basic skills of working with MS Excel;\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex payroll issues and provide effective solutions.\n\nDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities\n\nSalary range:\n3129.79 - 4471.10 EUR gross monthly\n#LI- Hybrid\nWhat Cencora offers\nWe offer a competitive annual bonus, life insurance from Day 1, a best-in-class health insurance package, and up to 6 fully paid benefit days a year.
