Apply today!\nJob Details\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:\nEnsure all pharmacy operations are conducted in accordance with College of Pharmacists regulations and company policies\nProvide the highest level of pharmaceutical care for patients\nSupervise and co-ordinate the activities of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and pharmacy assistants in the day to day operation of the Specialty Pharmacy\nAssist in operational activities to optimize pharmacy processes\nAssist in the development and execution of pharmacy and company business plans\nEnsure proper accounting on billing and reconciliation\nCollaborate and liaise with the Distribution, Patient Programs, Clinics and Nursing divisions\nReport Adverse Events in accordance with provincial regulatory standards and, where applicable, internal and contractual obligations\nAssist with the implementation of new projects to drive and support the Specialty pharmacy Business\nEstablish and maintain relations with internal and external clients, stakeholders and all staff on site\nAssist, manage and coordinate daily pharmacy operations and activities.\nExperience and Educational Requirements:\nBachelor degree in Pharmacy\nCurrent registration with the College of Pharmacists\n5 years in pharmacy, with a minimum of 2 years managerial experience\nExcellent knowledge of pharmacy operations\nMinimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements:\nExcellent communication, customer service, interpersonal and time management skills\nOrganized with the ability to multi-task\nWorking knowledge of Kroll\nExcellent computer skills including proficiency in MS office software including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook\nMedical Information experience is an asset\nBilingualism (French-English) is an asset\nAs part of your job duties, you may be required to lift up to 50 lbs.\nWhat Cencora offers\nWe provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
