Apply today!\nJob Details\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:\nContribute to the planning and implementation of the Product strategy:\nImplement strategies for feature adoption across programs and tracking/reporting (catalogs, event planning, dashboards, marketing tools, etc.)\n\nCollect and use feedback for ongoing feature development.\n\nWork with the Product Manager and senior leadership to define product success measures.\n\nTranslate business priorities into KPIs for feature development.\n\nHelp prioritize features based on KPIs for the business and other important considerations from a product perspective.\n\nMeasure results and outcomes of features built to evaluate success/bring value to stakeholders.\n\nConduct market research and gather product data\n\nConduct market research to stay competitive on feature use and improve the overall user experience (UI elements, healthcare space, trending topics i.e., AI, etc.)\n\nUnderstand and stay up to date on Salesforce functionalities/features.\n\nTranslate features built into key selling points (NBD)\n\nLead initiatives to gather data (qualitative & quantitative) - Community of Practice, surveys, polls, feedback sessions.\n\nAssist in developing and maintaining the product roadmap ensuring alignment with the business and service strategy and in compliance with regulatory bodies\n\nLiaise with business partners to identify and prioritize product offerings and enhancements based on business, regulatory and customer needs.\n\nCommunicate roadmap to internal customers\n\nSupport current and future telephony projects, including migrations\n\nPlay a pivotal role within the contact center telephony team, actively driving the adoption and utilization of features.\n\nBe the voice of the business by communicating the strategy and working with IT team(s) in the design and development of proof of concepts, prototypes and final product\n\nContribute to the prioritization of business requests ensuring that development resources are spending their time on high-value requests\n\nProviding product design, guidance, and oversight for UI/UX elements\n\nSupport cross-functional teams and other product teams\n\nSupport the product team with other projects/tasks as needed.\n\nExperience and Educational Requirements:\nBachelor degree in Business, Health Sciences or Computer Information Systems, MBA an asset\n\n5+ years in Healthcare in progressive levels of responsibility and leadership, experience on Patient Support Programs asset\n\n3+ years in product management role\n\nWell-versed in software development life cycles.
