Apply today!\nJob Details\nShift details: 8:00am until 5:00pm CST\nLocation: Remote - United States\nThis position is fully remote and open to candidates who reside and are authorized to work anywhere in the United States.\nThe Account Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the ICS Account Management team by assisting with day-to-day department operations and contributing to successful program performance. In addition, the Account Coordinator will help identify process improvement opportunities and participate in implementing operational and program enhancements.\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible for gathering and analyzing data needed by clients and providing meaningful and accurate assessments.\nContributes to the creation, documentation and maintenance of standard operating guidelines, procedures, templates and tools.\nPrepares client business review presentations, maintains program documentation such as statements of work, and manages all annual client fee schedule cost adjustments.\nLooks for opportunities to standardize and simplify documentation and procedures across programs.\nConstructs monthly client dashboards.\nAssist Account Managers with order management, sample programs and resolving client and customer issues/concerns.\nProactively searches for and presents process improvement opportunities to management; assists management in defining, planning and implementing solutions.\nRequired Experience:\nNormally requires a minimum of four (4) years progressively responsible and related experience.\nExcellent customer service and relationship-building skills.\nGood analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.\nCapable of evaluating business problems and applying experience and knowledge to identify appropriate and effective solutions.\nAbility to simultaneously manage multiple projects diverse in scope and complexity.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills; Good presentation skills.\nAbility to resourcefully gather, analyze, interpret and distill data and provide comprehensive assessments.\nInteract frequently with interdepartmental associates and management to implement solutions that are often time-sensitive.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.\nPreferred Experience:\nWorking knowledge of third-party logistics, warehousing or supply chain support services.\nExperience serving in a client or customer service capacity, or relevant client-facing experience\nAdept at using or quickly learning various ERP, CRM and reporting systems, including Salesforce, ASW and BaaN.\nAccustomed to following standard departmental and operational procedures, including robust quality measures.\nAbility to manage competing priorities effectively\nAbility to collaborate effectively with different work styles and personalities\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in business, operations, agriculture, animal science, customer service, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.\nRequired experience:\nLess than 2 years of experience in customer service, customer operations, administrative support, service processing, or a related field required.\nNice to Have:\nBackground in customer service, contact center operations, CRM systems, or operational support preferred.\nWhat Cencora offers\nWe provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
