Apply today!\nJob Details\nThe Program Management Pricing Analyst is responsible for providing key decision makers with information to support company initiatives and strategy related to Cencora’s Pharmaceutical business. This role is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day activities and maintenance of customers as it relates to their Generic purchases. This role will work cross-functionally to support our PRxO Generics formulary by maintaining substitution logic, account setup, customer rebates, chargeback denial resolution, and providing reporting and operational support to internal business partners.\nResponsibilities\nCollaborate with Business / Customer Operations and other teams to ensure timely and effective on-boarding, set-up and maintenance of required pricing rules and conditions in consistent alignment with commercial contracted commitments is achieved\nField and resolve sales inquiries related to pricing, rebates, and customer setup\nConduct financial analysis for deal structures\nUnderstand pricing initiatives, solutions, and messaging. Responsible for educating the Sales Teams on the appropriate strategies.\nDocument processes and procedures related to primary duties and responsibilities.\nAssess issues related to invoicing, Customer Setup, pricing or supply issues and determines appropriate solutions.\nPerform any related duties as assigned\nEducation and Work Experience\nRequires broad training in fields such as business administration, analytics, finance or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year Bachelor’s Degree Program or equivalent work experience. \nNormally requires a minimum of two (2) years related and progressively responsible experience.\nSkills and Knowledge\nExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint\nKnowledge of Power BI, SQL, SAP and/or Salesforce preferred\nStrong analytical skills\nExcellent organizational skills; attention to detail\nAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing\nAbility to work well within a team environment\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines\nWhat Cencora offers\nWe provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
