Apply today!\nJob Details\nPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nOversees associates to ensure their ability to handle calls and provide appropriate customer service, document requirements in the system, and manage follow-up calls.\nMonitors the performance of staff members to assess training needs and requirements.\nProvides input for scheduling in order to provide adequate staffing; makes recommendations to management for required changes.\nAssists with quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives; makes recommendations for changes in operations and assists in the execution of these changes.\nProject management including, but not limited, reimbursement programs, compliance and education based programs and clinical patient support programs;\nImplement assigned call centre projects;\nDesign and development of new projects including development of protocols, resource allocation and database;\nOngoing evaluation of project strengths, weaknesses and potential areas for improvement;\nProduce all project related reporting;\nParticipate in client meetings;\nDaily and on-going client project communications;\nIdentify and implement staff recruiting strategies and participate in the hiring process.\nResponsible to report all Adverse Events to the assigned units/departments\nThe Program Manager will also be assigned other duties and tasks as required from time\nBilingual is an asset\nEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:\nMinimum University Degree in Business Administration, Science or equivalent experience;\nScience / healthcare background an asset;\nMinimum of 3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare-related industries;\nStrong client management experience an asset\nMinimum 2 years’ experience in project or program management;\nMinimum 2 years of People management experience\nExperience in reimbursement considered an asset;\nRN/RPN designation an asset and may be required by specific programs\nMINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:\nAdvanced knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry\nWorking knowledge of automated warehouse operating system\nStrong business and financial acumen\nStrong analytical and mathematical skills\nAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writing\nEffective interpersonal and leadership skills\nEffective organizational skills; attention to detail\nAbility to consistently meet deadlines\nExcellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently\nExcellent presentation skills\nKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office Programs\nThe successful candidate may have daily contacts with unilingual English-speaking customers, patients or peers from cross-functional teams.\nWhat Cencora offers\nWe provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
