Apply today!\nJob Details\nRole Summary:\nThe Project Coordinator, Delivery Solutions Manager is a key team member who coordinates and drives the accurate and timely delivery of critical compliance, cybersecurity, and information security priorities across a mid-sized, cross-functional team. This position serves as the central delivery solutions lead - managing dependencies, aligning contributors, and ensuring key protection initiatives are executed with discipline and accountability to safeguard systems, operations, and clients.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate and lead delivery of compliance, cybersecurity, and information security initiatives across multiple work streams, ensuring priorities are clearly owned, tracked, and completed on schedule.\n\nManage and align cross-functional contributors by assigning work, reviewing progress, managing performance, and supporting the development of team members involved in delivery - operating within established guidelines to drive consistent outcomes.\n\nOversee cross-team handoffs, escalation paths, and dependency management to reduce delivery disruptions, protect execution timelines, and maintain clear accountability across all active security and compliance workstreams.\n\nDrive resource allocation, staffing coverage, and work prioritization within budget guardrails to maintain delivery momentum and ensure continuous progress on critical cybersecurity and compliance obligations.\n\nEstablish and maintain delivery routines - including weekly planning, status tracking, risk escalation, and operational reviews - to improve visibility, strengthen execution discipline, and keep stakeholders informed on progress against key priorities.\n\nLead resolution of delivery blockers and operational issues by leveraging data, established policies, and cross-team coordination; escalating exceptions with clear options and recommendations when required.\n\nShape and improve delivery processes, onboarding, cross-training, and tooling to increase throughput, reduce risk exposure, and confirm adherence to privacy, security, and compliance controls that protect Cencora's systems, operations, and clients.\n\nPriorities Include:\nDedicated Production & Infrastructure Support Lead a dedicated production and infrastructure support function that shields current SMEs from operational noise - enabling them to focus on high-priority ICS business deliverables, accelerate client support outcomes, and consistently meet business growth KPIs.\n\nOperational Standardization & Coverage Maturity Standardize runbooks, establish clear SLAs, and implement targeted tooling enhancements to stabilize throughput, strengthen 24/7 on-call coverage, and deliver consistent, audit-ready outcomes that align with ICS growth objectives and compliance requirements.\n\nOperational Controls & Delivery Excellence Establish and continuously mature operational controls, structured delivery routines, and process improvements - driving reliability, reducing risk, and building a scalable foundation that supports long-term team performance and business demands.\n\nQualifications:\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field - or equivalent experience required.\n\nExperience\n5+ years of experience in support engineering, technical operations, production support, systems engineering, site reliability engineering, or a related field required.\n\nProficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, with hands-on experience writing and maintaining PowerShell scripts and YAML configuration files - required.\n\nPrior experience identifying and creating solutions of delivery blockers and operational issues\n\nExperience working within a large enterprise level IT Operation environment\n\nExperience driving reliability, reducing risk, and building a scalable foundation that supports long-term team performance and business demands.\n\nAbility to work well both independently as well as within a team oriented environment\n\nWell versed at working within and leading a dedicated production and infrastructure support function\n\nAbility to improve delivery processes, onboarding, cross-training, and tooling to increase throughput, reduce risk exposure, and confirm adherence to privacy, security, and compliance controls\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nExceptional time management, team collaboration skills to work successfully with business leaders\n\nPreferred Certifications\nIT Service Management (e.g., ITIL)\n\nCloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)\n\nReliability Engineering\n\nAgile / Project Delivery (e.g., PMP, SAFe, CSM)\n\nWhat Cencora offers\nWe provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
