Applies established IT business operations and governance practices to support planning, reporting, compliance, and execution across assigned activities.

Coordinates governance routines, project support activities, and cross-team dependencies to help maintain alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

Communicates requirements, status, risks, and tradeoffs clearly with team members and partner teams to support timely decisions and smooth execution.

Analyzes moderately complex operational, governance, and control-related issues to identify root causes, assess impact, and recommend practical next steps.

Monitors operational metrics, reporting outputs, and governance checkpoints to identify gaps, track progress, and improve delivery reliability.

Improves templates, documentation, workflows, and team processes that reduce rework, strengthen consistency, and increase transparency.

Builds team effectiveness through clear documentation, reusable materials, knowledge sharing, and task-level guidance for peers.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

2+ years of experience in IT strategy, planning, operations, governance, portfolio management, service delivery, or a related field required.

Certification in IT service management (e.g., ITIL) preferred. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred. Scaled Agile Framework Scrum Master (SAFe) or equivalent certification preferred.
