Apply today!\nJob Details\nThis role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.\nShift Details: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm\nPay Details: $ 24.50/HR\nResponsibility:\nCoordinates the tracing, circulating, and filing of controlled quality documents to preserve accurate maintenance of the enterprise quality management system.\nTraces corrective and preventive action (CAPA) milestones and remediation tasks to collaborate with professional staff in recording critical compliance timelines.\nCompiles routine audit readiness materials and logistical arrangements to reinforce seamless internal and external inspection activities.\nEnters daily data and checks routine validation of quality metrics within established databases to guard reporting accuracy and traceability.\nResolves standard administrative quality inquiries and workflow interruptions to preserve day-to-day operational continuity across the department.\nCoordinates communication between operational teams and quality management to reinforce the timely exercises and tracing of required compliance training.\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Associate's degree in business administration, quality, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.\nWork Experience:\n3+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, compliance, manufacturing quality, supplier quality, or a related field required.\nCertified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) or equivalent preferred.
