Apply today!\nJob Details\nKey Responsibilities:\nWork under the supervision of the Qualified Person (QP) responsible for the relevant Distribution Centre.\nSupport the QP in maintaining the Good Distribution Practice (GDP) system and the overall Quality Assurance system.\nMonitor compliance with current GDP procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the Distribution Centre.\nRegularly inspect storage areas to ensure compliance with GDP requirements, including sanitation and pest-control standards.\nParticipate in monthly internal inspections and support the preparation of inspection records and follow-up of corrective actions.\nPrepare employee training materials in line with the internal training plan and schedule, and support the maintenance of accurate training records.\nReview temperature monitoring records and measuring devices, evaluate temperature trends, and prepare monthly documentation for archiving.\nWork closely with the Receiving Department and the QP to review certificates and prepare documentation required for the release of products for distribution.\nParticipate in the handling of customer and product complaints and prepare relevant supporting documentation in cooperation with the Complaints Department and the QP.\nSupport the management of medicinal product recalls, including preparation of documentation and communication with relevant stakeholders, operational teams, and customers as instructed by the QP.\nSupport the QP in the investigation and resolution of quality-related complaints.\nAssist with monitoring the storage, handling, and record-keeping of controlled substances.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date GDP and Quality documentation in cooperation with the QP.\nParticipate in quality audits conducted by contractors and regulatory authorities.\nPrepare supporting documentation for audits and assist in defining, implementing, and monitoring corrective actions.\nWhat We Expect from you:\nA university degree in pharmacy, chemistry, life sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, or another relevant scientific field, or comparable relevant experience.\nPrevious experience in Quality Assurance, pharmaceutical distribution, healthcare, logistics, or another regulated environment would be an advantage.\nKnowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and quality management principles is highly desirable.\nExperience working with SOPs, controlled documentation, audits, inspections, deviations, complaints, CAPAs, or other quality processes is an advantage.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with documentation and records.\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify potential quality issues and support corrective actions.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage several quality-related activities and priorities.\nA responsible and proactive approach, with the confidence to raise potential compliance or quality concerns.\nGood command of English, both written and spoken, for working with quality documentation and communicating in an international environment.\n.\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses.\nOpportunities for professional development and career advancement.\nA dynamic and collaborative work environment\nBehind a strong international and global company\nCompany mobile phone and a laptop\nMeal allowance of 90 CZK for each working day (paid directly to your account)\nMultiSport card with an employee contribution of only 410 CZK/month\nDiscounts on products in the employee pharmacy\nContribution to pension insurance\n5 weeks of vacation\n2 days home office per week\nWhat Cencora offers\nBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
