Apply today!\nJob Details\nAs Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting and hiring talent across Cencora Norway’s business areas, with a particular focus on our pharmacies. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and build strong candidate relationships that support both current and future workforce needs.\nThe role is part of a larger international team and operates within a matrix reporting structure. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR and other stakeholders across the organisation.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the full recruitment lifecycle from initial briefing through to hire and onboarding, including proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation and offer negotiation.\nPartner with hiring managers to define workforce needs, develop clear job descriptions and build relevant talent pipelines for current and future requirements.\nAct as a trusted adviser by developing and recommending targeted recruitment strategies that deliver effective searches within agreed timeframes.\nMaintain clear, consistent and transparent communication with hiring managers, HR and candidates throughout the recruitment process.\nUse proactive sourcing methods, build relationships with industry professionals and remain informed about market, industry and functional trends.\nDevelop and maintain networks of contacts that help identify and source qualified candidates.\nBuild and maintain relationships with prospective candidates for future opportunities.\nProactively engage and secure high-demand talent ahead of competitors.\nEnsure that we operate in accordance with all current policies, procedures and regulations.\nDraft and publish job advertisements across different media, coordinate internal job postings, and use internet-based sources for online recruitment to identify and recruit candidates.\nCoordinate participation in job fairs, career days and similar events as required.\nParticipate in and/or take ownership of various employer branding activities.\nDevelop and implement recruitment processes that support a consistent and efficient approach across the pharmacy network.\nUse Workday, our applicant tracking system, and Phenom, our AI-powered talent experience and talent management platform, as an integral part of daily recruitment activities.\nSupport the pharmacy network and travel as required.\nThe above description is intended to provide a general understanding of the responsibilities of this role and is not exhaustive. Responsibilities may change or develop as required.\n.\nQualifications and Experience\nBachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.\nExperience as a Recruiter/Senior Recruiter in an in-house environment, preferably within healthcare.\nStrong sourcing skills, with the ability to proactively identify and engage high-quality talent.\nStrong networking skills.\nAbility to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the external market.\nExperience applying best practices and sharing knowledge internally.\nKnowledge of applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English.\nGood interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.\nConfident under pressure and able to navigate a complex organisational structure.\nComfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously\nAbility to work in a structured and goal-oriented way, with a strong focus on delivery.\nWhat Cencora offers\nBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
