Apply today!\nJob Details\nJob Summary:\nAs a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance our Salesforce platform and improve business processes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.\n\nImplement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.\n\nDesign and optimize data models, workflows, and processes to improve system performance and user experience.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.\n\nConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in development and deployment.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.\n\nMaintain documentation of technical specifications, processes, and configurations.\n\nStay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to ensure optimal utilization of the platform.\n\nProvide training and support to end-users as needed.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\nProven experience of 3 plus years as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.\n\nProficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).\n\nExperience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and data modeling.\n\nFamiliarity with Salesforce best practices, security, and governance.\n\nKnowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\n\n.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSalesforce Developer certification (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II).\n\nExperience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC).\n\nFamiliarity with DevOps tools and practices for CI/CD in Salesforce.\n\nUnderstanding of integration patterns and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.).\n\nWhat Cencora offers\nBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
