Apply today!\nJob Details\nRole overview\nSenior Administrator-MuleSoft & Azure API Management role required to work in 24*5 environment.\nWe are looking for a hands-on Senior Administrator to run and grow our API platforms: MuleSoft Anypoint Platform today and Azure API Management (APIM) as our strategic target. \nYou will administer both platforms, build and fix integrations yourself, and help move APIs from MuleSoft to Azure APIM. \nThe role blends platform administration with development. You need solid Azure, Linux, networking and infrastructure skills to keep the platforms secure, available and compliant in a regulated healthcare environment. \nKey responsibilities\nMuleSoft platform administration\nAdminister the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform: organizations, business groups, \nenvironments, users, roles and connected apps. \nManage Mule runtimes on CloudHub, Runtime Fabric and customer-hosted servers, \nincluding installation, patching and version upgrades. \nDeploy, scale, monitor and troubleshoot Mule applications, and manage API Manager \npolicies, SLA tiers and client applications. \nMaintain Anypoint Exchange assets, secure properties, certificates and VPN/VPC connectivity. \nAzure API Management administration\nBuild, configure and operate Azure APIM instances across dev, test and production,including VNet integration and self-hosted gateways. \nManage APIs, products, subscriptions, named values, backends and the developer portal. \nWrite and maintain APIM policies (XML/C#) for authentication, rate limiting, caching, transformation and routing. \nIntegrate APIM with Microsoft Entra ID (OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect), Key Vault, \nApplication Gateway/Front Door and Azure Monitor. \nDevelopment and migration\nBuild supporting components in Azure Functions, Logic Apps or Service Bus when needed. \nPlan and execute the migration of MuleSoft APIs to Azure APIM, including inventory, pattern mapping, testing and cutover. \nAutomate deployments with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions) and infrastructure as code (Bicep, ARM or Terraform), including APIOps practices. Infrastructure, operations and security\nAdminister Linux servers that host runtimes, agents and tooling: patching, services, storage, scripting and performance tuning. \nTroubleshoot network paths end to end: DNS, load balancers, firewalls, NSGs, private endpoints, TLS/mTLS and proxies. \nSet up monitoring, alerting and logging (Anypoint Monitoring, Azure Monitor, \nApplication Insights, Log Analytics, Splunk or similar). \nLead incident and problem management, take part in on-call, and write root-cause analyses. \nEnforce security and compliance controls: certificate lifecycle, secrets management, access reviews, audit evidence and change management. \nPlan capacity, high availability and disaster recovery, and track licensing and Azure cost. \nWrite runbooks and standards, and mentor junior administrators and developers. \nRequired qualifications\nCandidates need at least 6-8 years of hands-on administration and development experience on MuleSoft, Azure API Management, or both with at least 10+ years of IT experience.
