This role focuses on transforming complex business data into actionable insights using Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics), Salesforce Reports & Dashboards. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce development expertise with strong data literacy and a passion for empowering business stakeholders with real-time, data-driven intelligence to support strategic decision-making.\nWhat You'll Do:\nDesign, build, and maintain CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics) dashboards, lenses, datasets, and dataflows to deliver actionable business insights\nDevelop and optimize Salesforce Reports and Dashboards for various business units including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Operations\nBuild and manage data pipelines and dataflows within CRM Analytics, including data transformation using SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language)\nLeverage Salesforce Data Cloud to unify, harmonize, and activate customer and operational data for analytics consumption\nCollaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to gather analytics requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs\nDevelop custom Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows to extend and embed analytics capabilities within Salesforce applications\nIntegrate Salesforce analytics solutions with external data sources (e.g., Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, SAP, S3) using connectors, APIs, and ETL pipelines\nImplement Einstein Discovery models to deliver AI-powered predictions and recommendations embedded in Salesforce records and dashboards\nEnsure analytics solutions comply with Salesforce data governance, security models, row-level security (RLS), and field-level security standards\nWork with Tableau (external)
