Apply today!\nJob Details\nSalesforce Service Team\nJob Summary :\nThe Salesforce Senior Developer will serve as a key technical contributor on the Salesforce Service Team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that support Cencora's service operations. This role requires deep expertise in the Salesforce platform and a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, architects, and other technical teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions. develop, test, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions including custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages \nCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs \nLead and contribute to end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud features, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, and CTI integrations \nDevelop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems \nConduct code reviews to ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance limits \nParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives \nPerform root cause analysis and resolve production defects and technical issues in a timely manner \nMentor junior developers and provide guidance on Salesforce development best practices \nSupport data migration activities using tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, or MuleSoft \nMaintain comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications, solution architecture, and test plans \nStay current with Salesforce platform releases, new features, and emerging technologies to recommend improvements \nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) \n5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience \nProficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Visualforce \nStrong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and development \nExperience with Salesforce declarative tools including Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Validation Rules \nProficiency in web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript \nExperience with REST and SOAP API integrations \nSolid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits \nExperience with source control tools such as Git and deployment tools such as Salesforce DX (SFDX) or Copado \nActive Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification \nPreferred Qualifications:\nSalesforce Certified Platform Developer II \nExperience with MuleSoft or other integration middleware platforms \nFamiliarity with Salesforce Einstein features including AI-powered case classification or chatbots \nExposure to DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipeline implementation within Salesforce environments \nExperience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry \nFamiliarity with Salesforce Shield, Field Audit Trail, or Platform Encryption \nExperience working in large enterprise Salesforce orgs with complex multi-cloud implementations \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences \n.\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.4+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, application development, platform engineering, or a related field required.\nAWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF-C02), AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals, RHCSA (Red Hat Certified System Administrator) certification, or equivalent preferred.\nKnowledge of software and systems engineering principles, development lifecycle practices, testing strategies, and production support models.\nKnowledge of system architecture, application design, integration patterns, debugging techniques, version control, and deployment approaches.\nKnowledge of performance engineering, reliability, scalability, secure design, and operational resilience concepts.\nSkill in coding, configuration, technical design, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and structured problem solving.\nSkill in using development frameworks, testing tools, source control platforms, CI/CD pipelines, collaboration tools, and work management systems.\nAbility to lead moderately complex to complex engineering work independently while applying sound judgment, quality standards, and risk awareness.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicate solution options, dependencies, risks, and progress clearly.\nKnowledge of advanced software and systems engineering principles, development lifecycle practices, testing strategies, and
