Apply today!\nJob Details\nAbout the Role\nMWI Animal Health is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our UK team and help shape the future of our digital product portfolio. This is an individual contributor role with ownership across key MWI products\nWorking at the intersection of customer needs, business priorities, and technology delivery, you will lead product discovery, define user-centric solutions, and partner closely with engineering to bring new capabilities and enhancements to market. You will play an important role in shaping product direction, managing multiple workstreams, and ensuring that our products deliver value to veterinary customers and the wider business.\nThis is a remote-based role in the UK with travel typically required at least once per month, including quarterly team meetings, practice visits, trade shows, and other business activities.\nSalary - Up to £80,000 DoE\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as product lead across core products and integrations within the MWI portfolio\nBuild strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and workflows in practice\nLead product discovery to create user-centric solutions and define product experience\nTranslate customer and market insight into clear product requirements, epics, and backlog priorities\nWork closely with software engineering teams and an Engineering Lead to deliver future development, product enhancements, and technical remediation\nManage the product backlog to ensure a consistent flow of well-defined requirements into engineering squads\nDefine and maintain clear standards for readiness and completion across the product pipeline\nBuild business cases aligned to business goals, with clear measures of success\nSupport delivery of minimum viable products with a clear go-to-market proposition\nPartner with internal stakeholders across engineering, customer product consulting, data, technical support, commercial, and senior leadership teams\nManage relationships with third-party technology partners where required\nSupport launch readiness, product adoption, and customer advocacy\nTrack the performance of new capabilities and use insights to inform future decisions\nRun product retrospectives, demos, and show-and-tells\nContribute to the continuous improvement of product management ways of working\nConduct market scanning, research, and insight reporting\n.\nSkills and Experience\nWe are looking for a product professional who brings strong experience in SaaS and technology-led environments, along with the confidence to work across discovery, delivery, and strategic product direction.\nEssential\nPrevious experience in a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager role\n\nStrong SaaS product experience\n\nExperience working in a technology delivery environment\n\nProven experience working closely with software engineering teams\n\nStrong product discovery skills, with the ability to turn customer insight into actionable product plans\n\nExperience managing multiple parallel workstreams\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, technical teams, customers, and commercial partners\n\nExperience with AI tooling such as Cursor, Figma Make, Lovable, or similar\n\nUnderstanding of user experience, product design, and business analysis\n\nExperience in backlog management, prioritisation, and MVP delivery\n\nDesirable\nExperience in Animal Health, Human Health, or another relevant regulated or customer-centric sector\n\nExperience with both B2B and B2C digital products\n\nExperience with third-party technology partners and integrations\n\nExperience in commercial modelling\n\nWhat Cencora offers\nBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
