Apply today!\nJob Details\nThis role is in support of Cencora's third party logistics service in the US operating through our ICS business.\nShift Details: Monday- Friday 8:00am to Finish overtime as needed\nPay Details: Pay starting at $21.26\nLocation: 167 International Blvd., Ste A, Brooks, KY 40109\n Responsibilities:\nSpends much of the time training warehouse associates in duties and responsibilities and all associates in the safe use of equipment according to SOPs. Observes performance to correct behaviors as necessary.\n\nMay require use of a radio frequency (RF) device to perform daily tasks.\n\nResponsible to assist warehouse personnel with the efficient execution of order filling, receiving, stocking and returns.\n\nMay oversee shipping and general operations (UPS, emergency orders or general deliveries).\n\nContinues to perform as an individual contributor completing advanced tasks and decision making with detailed knowledge of the position and procedures.\n\nProvides day-to-day tactical direction and guidance to warehouse associates. Responsible for daily workloads. Coordinates and recommends efficiencies to workflow.\n\nManages inventory; including monitoring levels.\n\n8. May use forklifts, reach trucks and/or other motorized equipment to move inventory.\n\nAssists in supervision of the department including, but not limited to, assignment of work, manpower needs to cover for associate vacations, and building volume.\n\nParticipates in associate concerns such as reporting and follow up to supervisor.\n\nUtilizes computer system applications for proper operation and reports.\n\nComplies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules, and state and DEA regulations.\n\nPerforms related duties as assigned.\n\nExperience and Educational Requirements:\nRequires completion of a high school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of experience and education; two (2) plus years of work experience.\nMinimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements:\nAbility to read and understand the English language to compare and read product descriptions, names and shelf labels.\n\nMust possess basic mathematical skills.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with others.\n\nStrong organizational skills; detail oriented.\n\nHave a good overall understanding of DC workflow and can work with minimal guidance\n\nMaintains a clean work area to help ensure that merchandise remains clean and to help prevent work related injuries.\n\nAbility to use good judgment to carry out detailed instructions.\n\nBasic computer knowledge preferred.\n\nMust be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory.\n\nMust be a team player and demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills\n\nMust have proficiency to operate reach truck, picker machines, pallet jack, forklift, etc.\n\nMaintains appropriate attendance and production standards.\n\nWhat Cencora offers\nWe provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
