Join us and make a positive impact on human and animal health.\nJob Details\nRole of a ServiceNow Architect at Cencora is closely related and works in pair with development team process owners. Position includes research of markets new best practices, development optimizations, solution recommendations and guidelines for technical debt reduction. This role requires effective communication skills, which is a must for this role. ServiceNow Architect must have ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical solution design, that aligns with ServiceNow best practices and is in line with OOB functionality.\nThis role correspondingly includes, but is not limited to:\nEvaluation of new features and produce comprehensive analysis and recommendations. \nPerform and participate in product roadmap planning together with Product Owner. \nProduces and maintains detailed system documentation including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, and testing, etc. \nResearches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient and cost-effective solutions. \nEnsures that non-functional requirements are met in the system (data security, solution integrity, solutions are testable and do not impact performance, etc.). \nStay current with capabilities of ServiceNow platform. \nBe proactive about knowledge sharing. \nCreates technical design documentation. \nProvides technical coaching and oversight to junior developers. \nCapable of estimating solution complexity based on time, cost, and quality. \nRequired experience:\n5+ years of professional experience in design and development in ServiceNow. \n3+ years ServiceNow Solution Architect experience. \nStrong knowledge and practical experience of ServiceNow API. \nSystem integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as REST/SOAP. \nUnderstanding of ServiceNow capabilities across the platform and experience in implementing best-practices and procedures. \nExperience with ITOM, ITSM, HRSD, GRC/IRM, SPM, Knowledge management. \nStrong command of ServiceNow platform fundamentals: scripting (JavaScript), data model, ACLs, scoped applications, performance, and upgrade strategy. \nExperience in professional communications with stakeholders at all levels. \nPractical experience with agile methodologies/tools. \nProven ability to drive results and readiness across multiple solutions. \nITIL Certification. \nSalary range: 4500 - 6700 EUR gross monthly\nWhat Cencora offers\nWe offer a competitive annual bonus, life insurance from Day 1, a best-in-class health insurance package, and up to 6 fully paid benefit days a year.
