Apply today!\nJob Details\nSoftware Engineer 1\nRemote - Poland Optional office base in Lublin\nWe’re looking for a Software Engineer 1 to join our new engineering team in Poland and help build high-quality software for the Pharmaceutical Trial Master File (TMF) industry.\nThis is a great opportunity for an early-career engineer who wants to grow their technical skills, work with supportive mentors, and gain exposure to modern AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude.\nYou’ll be part of a team creating secure, innovative software and learning how technology supports clients in a fast-moving pharmaceutical domain.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nFixing basic bugs independently once trained.\nWriting new functionality with support from a mentor.\nDeveloping with .NET and C# in a modern engineering environment.\nUsing source control tools like Git to commit, branch, merge and create pull requests.\nTesting your own code and building strong quality habits, including when using AI assistance.\nLearning new software engineering skills and developing your understanding of the Pharmaceutical TMF space.\n.\nWhat we’re looking for\nAround 1+ years of software development experience.\nExperience with Microsoft .NET / C#.\nFamiliarity with Visual Studio or VS Code.\nGood communication skills and a willingness to learn in a collaborative team.\nCuriosity about AI-assisted development tools and how to use them responsibly.\nA degree, bootcamp, or ongoing study in Computer Science or a related field is a plus, but not essential.\nWhy join us\nRemote role based in Poland.\nLublin office available if you’d like to work from there - but it’s not a requirement.\nA chance to join a new engineering team and grow with it from the beginning.\nSupport, mentoring and the chance to build your skills in a meaningful software domain.\nFull training on the Pharmaceutical TMF domain will be provided.\nIf you’re a motivated software engineer ready to learn, build and grow in a modern team, we’d love to hear from you.\nWhat Cencora offers\nBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
