Apply today!\nJob Details\nSoftware Engineer 2\nRemote - Poland Optional office base in Lublin\nWe’re looking for a Software Engineer 2 to join our growing engineering team in Poland and help build secure, high-quality software for the Pharmaceutical Trial Master File (TMF) industry.\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a developer who is ready to take the next step - someone who can work independently, contribute to solution design, and help shape how modern software is built in a fast-moving, innovative environment.\nYou’ll be part of a new team creating software for a specialist pharmaceutical domain, with the chance to use modern AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude as part of everyday delivery.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nFixing moderately complex bugs in familiar code and tackling basic issues in unfamiliar code.\nBuilding new functionality independently with architectural guidance where needed.\nDeveloping with .NET and C#, applying SOLID principles, design patterns and dependency injection.\nWriting reliable unit tests and contributing to strong engineering quality standards.\nUsing AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency while critically reviewing code for quality, security and correctness.\nCollaborating with testers and DevOps, contributing to sprint planning, and helping solve support issues at the root cause.\nMentoring more junior developers and supporting high coding standards across the team.\nBuilding your knowledge of the Pharmaceutical TMF domain and applying it in real solutions for clients.\n.\nWhat we’re looking for\n3+ years of software development experience.\nStrong experience with Microsoft .NET / C#.\nExperience with unit testing, dependency injection, and REST web services.\nFamiliarity with databases such as SQL Server, Azure SQL or MySQL.\nExposure to web UI development such as React, Angular or jQuery.\nConfidence using AI-assisted coding tools with a critical eye on output quality and security.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.\nWhy join us\nRemote role based in Poland.\nLublin office available if you’d like to work from there - but it’s not a requirement.\nA chance to join a new engineering team and make a visible impact as it grows.\nOpportunity to work in a specialist pharmaceutical technology space with plenty of room to learn and grow.\nPreferred knowledge of GCP and/or TMF is helpful, but not essential.\nIf you’re a software engineer who enjoys solving problems, writing quality code and working with modern tools in a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.\nWhat Cencora offers\nBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
