Apply today!\nJob Details\nThis role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.\n$3000 Sign on bonus\nShift Details: Monday-Friday 5:30AM-Finish with Tuesday off\nPay Details: $21.63\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible for arranging sections by velocity (hot, fast and slow zones) in order to assist the associates filling orders (order fillers).\nArranges the shelf space on the static and flow racks using minimum to maximum philosophy to best utilize the available area.\nMonitors, stages and breaks down all bulk warehouse deals.\nUtilizes modern material handling equipment as needed.\nCreates and maintains tracking reports.\nAssists with physical inventory.\nDevelops and implements new processes and procedures when necessary.\nComplies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and DEA regulations.\nMust be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory.\nPerforms related duties as assigned.\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.\nWork Experience:\n2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.\nCertified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.\nKnowledge in reading and interpreting product descriptions, names, and shelf labels.\nKnowledge in basic mathematics.\nAbility to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships.\nAbility to organize work with attention to detail.\nKnowledge in distribution center workflow.\nAbility to work with minimal guidance.\nAbility to apply judgment when following detailed instructions.\nKnowledge in basic computer operations.\nAbility to communicate effectively.\nAbility to solve routine operational problems.\nAbility to operate material handling equipment, including reach trucks, picker machines, pallet jacks, and forklifts.\n\nWork Enviornment:\nThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounter while performing the essential functions of this job. \nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions:\nThe noise level in the work environment is generally quiet.\nPhysical Requirments:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
