Apply today!\nJob Details\nPosition Summary\nThe Senior Analyst supports the People Analytics and Insights team by performing foundational data analysis, maintaining workforce datasets, generating insights, and enabling HR and business stakeholders with high-quality reporting and dashboards to improve the effectiveness of workforce planning and strategic initiatives.\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities\nDashboarding, Reporting, and Data Visualization\nAnalyze HR and workforce data to identify trends and opportunities.\n\nDevelops scorecards, dashboards, and reports that effectively depict workforce metrics in a concise and actionable manner.\n\nPrepare datasets for forecasting headcount, hiring, turnover, and payroll.\n\nSupport development and maintenance of workforce planning templates and documentation.\n\nConduct data quality checks, support reconciliations, and document issues.\n\nData Analysis, Insights, and Research\nCollects and synthesizes large data sets, carries out quantitative and qualitative analysis, and interprets and draws conclusions resulting from the information reviewed.\n\nPrepare data for forecasting models related to headcount, turnover, hiring, and payroll expense.\n\nPrepare recurring and ad hoc analytics deliverables for HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders.\n\nProduces reports and utilizes them to perform data analyses to be summarized into key findings for customers\n\nProvide guidance to HR partners on dashboard usage and data interpretation.\n\nCommunicates data to key stakeholders to support informed business decisions by providing in-depth analysis and recommendations.\n\nProcess Improvement & Data Governance\nIdentifies opportunities to automate / streamline reports, and redesign reports to include these efficiencies.\n\nTroubleshoot reporting and data issues.\n\nMonitor workforce data quality across systems and support discrepancy resolution.\n\nExperience and Educational Requirements\nAdvanced Degree in Statistics, I/O psychology or other quantitative social science field and 1+ years of experience in a people analytics or similar role or 4+ years of experience in people analytics or similar role with a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, I/O psychology or other quantitative social science field.\n\nStrong quantitative skills and proficiency with analytical and data visualization tools such as SQL, R, Python, SPSS, STATA, Minitab or Power BI.\n\nAnalytical and curious thinking style with passion for problem solving and telling compelling stories using data.\n\nAbility to define problems and manage projects in a fast-paced organization.\n\nAbility to translate data into clear, relevant insights and communicate results to audiences at all levels of technical expertise.\n\nDemonstrated strengths in collaboration and influencing skills and ability to anticipate problems and opportunities.\n\nExperience creating compelling and intuitive data visualizations and presentations.\n\nGreat attention to detail and ability to deliver exceptional quality in reports and data analysis.\n\nWorking experience with HCM platforms such as Workday, ADP, and Degreed.\n\nMinimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements\nAbility to interpret workforce data.\n\nProficiency in data visualization and dashboards.\n\nStrong attention to detail.\n\nGood communication and collaboration skills.\n\nAbility to translate data insights for non-technical audiences.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writing\n\nStrong organizational skills\n\nWorking knowledge of procurement (purchasing)\n\nAbility to create and manage budgets and expenses\n\nStrong interpersonal skills\n\nStrong leadership skills\n\nStrong presentation skills\n\nStrong computer skills in order to operate effectively with company systems and programs; knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio\n\n.\nEDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.\nPreferred Certifications:\nPower BI Data Analyst Associate Certification\nTableau Certification\nWORK EXPERIENCE:\n4+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in healthcare data analytics or business intelligence.\nSKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:\nBehavioral Skills:\nCritical Thinking\nDetail Oriented\nImpact and Influencing\nInterpersonal Communication\nMultitasking\nProblem Solving\nTime Management\nTechnical Skills:\nAdvanced Data Visualization Techniques\nBusiness Intelligence (BI) Reporting Tools\nData Analysis and Synthesis\nData Management\nProgramming languages like SQL\nTools Knowledge:\nBusiness Intelligence Software like Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, QlikSense\nMicrosoft Office Suite\nRelational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) Software\nData Visualization Tools\nWhat Cencora offers\nBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
