Our wholesale distribution network helps ensure products reach customers efficiently, reliably and on time.\nWe are looking for an organised and detail-focused Customer & Logistics Coordinator to support our specialist TradeCo operation within the Health & Beauty business.\nThe Role\nTradeCo supports large-scale customers who require bulk delivery services. Customer relationships and commercial negotiations are managed by our Trading Account Managers (TAMs), who work directly with customers to agree pricing, volumes and commercial terms.\nAs Customer & Logistics Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to ensure customer orders are accurately processed, assembled and delivered in line with agreed service levels.\nTo achieve this, you'll work closely with multiple teams including Commercial, Warehouse Operations, Inventory, Transport and Customer Finance. While you'll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, you won't be responsible for managing those functions directly. Instead, you'll act as the central coordinator, ensuring the right information reaches the right teams at the right time and that orders continue to move smoothly through the fulfilment process.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, problem solving and operational coordination. Success comes from attention to detail, managing priorities effectively and anticipating potential issues before they impact fulfilment or delivery performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nOrder Fulfilment Coordination\nProcess customer orders accurately and efficiently.\nEnsure product, quantity, pricing and delivery information is correctly recorded.\nMaintain visibility of all active orders and their progress through the fulfilment process.\nMonitor expected supplier deliveries required to fulfil customer orders.\nWork closely with Trading Account Managers to understand order priorities, deadlines and operational requirements.\nEscalate fulfilment risks and exceptions promptly to relevant stakeholders.\nLogistics & Delivery Coordination\nCoordinate delivery bookings with customers and transport providers.\nSupport the planning and execution of customer deliveries.\nMonitor delivery progress and communicate exceptions where necessary.\nLiaise with warehouse and transport teams to help ensure orders are delivered on time and in full.\nCoordinate resolution of delivery and fulfilment-related issues with the appropriate operational teams.\nOperational Control\nMaintain operational trackers, records and reporting.\nMonitor customer credit availability and escalate potential issues.\nSupport inventory management activities and stock reconciliation processes.\nEnsure documentation and records are maintained in accordance with company procedures.\nSupport compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve operational processes and ways of working.\nWork collaboratively across departments to improve efficiency and service performance.\nSupport implementation of process improvements within the TradeCo operation.\nContribute positively to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.\n.\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience Required:\nWe're looking for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple activities, working across teams and ensuring operational processes run smoothly.\nExperience in logistics, fulfilment, supply chain, distribution, warehouse administration or operational support environments.\nExcellent organisational and prioritisation skills.\nStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.\nGood problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.\nConfidence working with a variety of stakeholders across different functions.\nThe ability to manage several tasks simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.\nGood Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.\nThe ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.\nDesirable\nExperience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).\nUnderstanding of inventory control and stock management processes.\nExperience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, logistics or distribution sectors.\nWhy Join Us?\nThis role offers a unique opportunity to sit at the centre of a specialist trading operation, coordinating activity across commercial, warehouse, transport and support teams to ensure customer orders are delivered successfully.\nYou'll gain exposure to multiple areas of the business while developing valuable operational, logistics and stakeholder coordination experience within a global healthcare organisation.\nBenefits:\nThe benefits in this role include:\nFree Parking\nContributory Pension Scheme\nPerks at Work (Discounts on top brands)\nEmployee Assistance Programme\n28 days’ holiday increasing with service length.\nWhat Cencora offers\nBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
