Apply today!\nJob Details\nTransport Administration Clerk\nLocation: Coatbridge\nWork Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (40 hours per week)\nSummary of Role\nWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Transport Administration Clerk to join a busy transport operation in Coatbridge. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of transport activities, maintaining accurate records and supporting drivers, planners and customers.\nResponsibilities\nAccurately process transport and delivery documentation\n\nUpdate internal systems with vehicle, driver and delivery information\n\nMonitor and maintain transport records and compliance paperwork\n\nLiaise with drivers regarding routes, schedules and delivery updates\n\nHandle customer enquiries and provide timely updates on deliveries\n\nProduce reports and maintain spreadsheets as required\n\nSupport the transport team with general administrative duties\n\nEnsure all records are maintained in line with company procedures\n\n.\nSkills and Knowledge\nPrevious administrative experience, ideally within a transport or logistics environment\n\nStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail\n\nConfident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook\n\nGood communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels\n\nAbility to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment\n\nAccurate data entry and record-keeping skills\n\nProactive and reliable approach to work\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\n\nDesirable\nPrevious experience within transport, logistics or distribution\n\nKnowledge of transport documentation and compliance requirements\n\nExperience working with transport management systems\n\nBenefits\nMonday to Friday working pattern\n\nCompetitive salary\n\nSupportive team environment\n\nOpportunities for training and development\n\nOn-site parking\n\nStable, long-term opportunity within a growing operation\n\nWhat Cencora offers\nBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
