Mandatory local laws shall also prevail.\nVerifies transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet-related assets.\n\nUpdates warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records to preserve data integrity.\n\nTracks fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and timely issue identification.\n\nPrepares dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation to enable accurate transaction processing.\n\nReviews routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and routes unresolved issues.\n\nConfirms handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability, loss prevention, and fulfillment continuity.\n\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.\n\nWork Experience:\n2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.\n\nCertifications:\nCertified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.\n\nSkills & Knowledge:\nKnowledge in fleet operations administration and transportation support processes.\n\nKnowledge in warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order preparation, shipment processing, and inventory movement.\n\nKnowledge in logistics documentation, transaction controls, and operational record maintenance.\n\nKnowledge in warehouse and transportation systems used for status updates, tracking, and transaction processing.\n\nKnowledge in loss prevention, material handling, and operational control requirements.\n\nAbility to process routine and moderately complex operational activities within established procedures.\n\nAbility to identify causes of routine operational issues, analyze basic data, and support issue resolution.\n\nAbility to maintain accurate operational records and transaction visibility across logistics workflows.\n\nAbility to communicate with internal and external contacts to obtain or provide operational information of moderate importance.\n\nAbility to support continuous improvement changes in systems and processes within defined guidelines.\n\nWhat Cencora offers\nWe provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
