This role acts as the main growth driver, pushing Milady’s key goal of securing new clients, growing digital usage, and gaining market share in the PBS, CC, and K12 sectors. A motivated, digital-first sales strategy is central to this position. Your responsibilities include:\nIdentify and attract new digital customers across PBS, CC, and K12 segments\nConduct deep discovery to understand school operations, instructional goals, and digital readiness\nDeliver flawless sales pitches and compelling demonstrations of Milady’s digital content, including CIMA, ExamReady, and Collabs\nAdvise accounts on course content adoptions and win competitive takeaways\nBuild a healthy, actionable pipeline through proactive outreach, events, and activations\nMaintain Salesforce hygiene by keeping updated pipeline staging and records\nPartner with Customer Success Managers for onboarding and early adoption support\nSkills you will need here:\nMinimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, driving full-cycle sales in complex environments\nDemonstrated success in prospecting, qualifying, and closing medium to large institutional deals\nSkilled in consultative selling and solution-based presentations\nProven track record of exceeding revenue targets\nExpertise in navigating multi-stakeholder decision-making processes\nProficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and maintaining rigorous pipeline hygiene\nCengage is committed to working with broad talent pools to attract and hire strong and most qualified individuals.
