As an Enrollment Representative, you will be responsible for prioritizing qualified leads generated through various channels, including our website, referrals, live chat, and telephone. Your primary objective will be to match prospective students with the most suitable program while ensuring a top-notch customer experience at every touchpoint.\nAt Cengage Group, we prioritize delivering the highest quality student experience from an individual's first contact with us through their initial enrollment. As an Enrollment Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our processes and infrastructure deliver on that promise.
