- Diseñar, desarrollar y optimizar modelos avanzados de Machine Learning para resolver problemas complejos de datos y apoyar los objetivos de los proyectos.

- Liderar técnicamente el diseño de soluciones de ML, definiendo arquitecturas, metodologías y enfoques de modelamiento adecuados.

- Guiar y apoyar técnicamente a Machine Learning Engineers y trainees, facilitando su desarrollo y resolución de desafíos técnicos.

- Contribuir a la mejora continua de las prácticas del equipo, proponiendo nuevas metodologías, herramientas o enfoques basados en avances del área.

- Implementar, entrenar y ajustar modelos complejos, asegurando su rendimiento, robustez y escalabilidad.

- Coordinar y ejecutar ciclos de experimentación, validación y mejora continua de modelos, utilizando métricas apropiadas de evaluación.

- Revisar código, modelos y metodologías desarrolladas por otros miembros del equipo, promoviendo buenas prácticas de desarrollo y ciencia de datos.

- Generar y mantener documentación técnica clara sobre modelos, experimentos, decisiones de diseño y resultados obtenidos.

- Participar activamente en revisiones técnicas, discusiones de arquitectura y toma de decisiones dentro de los proyectos.

- Presentar avances técnicos, resultados y recomendaciones al equipo del proyecto u otras áreas involucradas.
