Are you a Business Development Representative who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities and turning conversations into real business? Do you want to work in a growing SaaS company where your impact is visible from day one?

At Cenosco, you’ll play an important role in expanding our presence across international markets. We build software that helps companies in Oil & Gas, Chemicals and other asset-intensive industries manage integrity, reduce risk and extend the life of their critical assets.

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be at the front line of that growth. You’ll identify the right companies, connect with senior decision-makers, uncover business challenges and create qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and engage potential enterprise customers within Oil & Gas, Chemicals and other asset-intensive industries.
• Use email, phone, LinkedIn, events and creative approaches to start conversations with the right decision-makers.
• Understand companies, markets, business challenges and key stakeholders to make your outreach relevant and personal.
• Ask the right questions, understand customer needs and turn promising conversations into qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.
• Work with Account Executives, Marketing and other teams to develop accounts and successfully hand over qualified opportunities.
• Contribute ideas, market insights and feedback that help us refine our go-to-market approach.
• Attend international industry events, conferences, workshops and meetups to build relationships and generate new opportunities.
• Leverage platforms such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong and GlobalData to research accounts, identify prospects and run targeted outreach.

Must Have

• Fluency in Spanish, French or Arabic, combined with strong English communication skills.
• You are based in the EU, ideally in the Netherlands

What You’ll Need

• Experience in Business Development, Sales Development, SDR/BDR or a similar commercial role, preferably within B2B SaaS, technology or an industrial/technical environment.
• A genuine hunter mentality you enjoy creating opportunities rather than waiting for them to come to you.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage with different levels of stakeholders, including senior decision-makers.
• A structured and data-driven approach to building and managing pipeline.
• Curiosity and the ability to quickly understand complex products, industries and customer challenges.
• You understand that great outbound sales requires consistency and creativity
• A willingness to travel internationally when needed for customer meetings, conferences and industry events.
