As a Sales Development Representative based in the UAE, you'll prospect organizations across the META region that would benefit from Censys's Internet intelligence and attack surface management solutions. You'll often be the first person a prospect hears from at Censys. Your goal is to start the right conversations, qualify them carefully, and set meetings that become pipeline for our Account Executives. You'll work with Account Executives and Marketing to sharpen targeting and messaging for the region. It's a fast-moving, inclusive team and a strong place to grow your sales career.\nWhat you'll do:\nPartner closely with Account Executives to open doors in target accounts and create high-quality, qualified opportunities\nResearch commercial accounts to identify key initiatives and decision-makers, then spark interest through cold calls, email campaigns, and social selling\nListen closely to uncover customer needs and business challenges, and clearly connect them to how Censys can help\nHit and exceed monthly targets (meetings held, qualified opportunities created, etc.)\nHold executive-level conversations with C-suite stakeholders in prospect and customer accounts\nBuild and manage a clean, accurate pipeline with disciplined qualification\nKeep outbound activity high across calls, email, and social, using tools like Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo\nPartner with Marketing to continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation\nDemonstrates curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI\nSkills and experience you'll have:\nRequired\nProfessional working proficiency in English, Arabic, and French, both written and spoken\nDemonstrated experience with outbound prospecting by phone, email, or social\nFamiliarity with sales systems, specifically Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and ZoomInfo\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nStrong business and tech acumen, and the ability to understand customer needs\nHighly motivated, self-starting, with excellent time management and organizational skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced team environment and thrive in a remote-first setting\nPreferred\nExperience working in cybersecurity\nExperience working in a startup environment\nLocation\nThis position is located remotely but requires you to be in the UAE (Gulf Standard Time, UTC+4).\nIdentity Verification \nAs part of our hiring process, all candidates who receive an offer of employment will be asked to complete an identity verification through CLEAR.\nCalifornia Privacy Rights Notice\nPursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), we are providing you with notice that we collect personal information from job applicants for business purposes, including evaluating your candidacy for employment, conducting interviews, and, if applicable, completing the hiring process.
