{"id":3699111,"url":"https://alion.io/job/centalion-equity-specialist","title":"Equity Specialist","company":{"id":4505340,"name":"Centalion","domain":"centalion.com","url":"https://alion.io/company/centalion","size_band":"1001-5000","is_staffing_agency":false,"employer_type":"direct","is_intermediary":false,"listed_via":null,"ats_vendor":"Workday","truth_index":null},"role":"Finance","role_family":"Finance","seniority":"middle","employment_type":null,"work_mode":"on_site","remote_scope":null,"remote_scope_basis":null,"remote_working_hours":null,"hiring_geo_confidence":"structured","locations":["Houston, United States","London, United Kingdom"],"countries":["US","GB"],"hiring_countries":[],"hiring_countries_total":0,"salary":null,"salary_estimate":null,"experience_years_min":3,"visa_sponsorship":false,"relocation_package":false,"has_equity":true,"technologies":[],"status":"live","first_seen_at":"2026-10-29T00:00:00Z","employer_posted_date":"2026-10-29","last_verified_at":"2026-11-07T17:11:21Z","board_verified":true,"closed_at":null,"days_open":9,"trust":{"level":"ok","repost_count":null,"flags":[],"days_open":9},"description":"Job Title:\nEquity SpecialistContract Type:\nTime Type:\nJob Description:\nWe are looking for an Equity Specialist to support the administration and governance of our global employee share plans, with a particular focus on the Americas.\nWorking closely with our Share Plans Manager, local HR teams and the global Reward team, you will ensure the accurate, compliant and efficient administration of equity programs across all regions.\nYou will act as a key point of contact for local Heads of HR, Traders and senior management, providing guidance and support on share plan matters while contributing to the continuous improvement of our global equity programs.\nMain Responsibilities:\nGlobal Share Plans Administration\nSupport the end-to-end administration of global employee share plans, ensuring accurate, compliant and efficient operations across all regions.\nServe as a key point of contact for the Americas, providing guidance on local market practices, taxation, payroll requirements and regulatory considerations.\nPartner with local HR teams, the global Reward team, Payroll, Tax, Finance, Legal and external share plan providers.\nManage equity transactions, data validation, reconciliations, reporting and operational controls.\nRespond to employee and stakeholder queries related to equity plans, vesting events, taxation and transactions.\nSupport communications and employee education initiatives related to share plans.\nIdentify opportunities to enhance processes, strengthen controls and improve operational efficiency.\nWork closely with the Share Plans Manager to ensure consistent administration of share plans across jurisdictions. \nShare Plans Governance\nSupport the review, design and enhancement of global employee share plans.\nConduct market research and benchmarking to ensure alignment with market practices.\nAssess the financial, tax, accounting and employee impact of plan changes.\nPrepare analysis and recommendations for senior stakeholders.\nSupport compliance with legal, regulatory, tax and governance requirements, particularly across the Americas.\nOther\nAs part of the broader global Reward team, contribute to Reward projects and provide support locally on compensation matters.\nProfile\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.\nA minimum of 3 years of experience in share plan administration.
