Job Title: Equity SpecialistContract Type: Time Type: Job Description: We are looking for an Equity Specialist to support the administration and governance of our global employee share plans, with a particular focus on the Americas. Working closely with our Share Plans Manager, local HR teams and the global Reward team, you will ensure the accurate, compliant and efficient administration of equity programs across all regions. You will act as a key point of contact for local Heads of HR, Traders and senior management, providing guidance and support on share plan matters while contributing to the continuous improvement of our global equity programs. Main Responsibilities: Global Share Plans Administration Support the end-to-end administration of global employee share plans, ensuring accurate, compliant and efficient operations across all regions. Serve as a key point of contact for the Americas, providing guidance on local market practices, taxation, payroll requirements and regulatory considerations.
