For more information: Centalion.com\nOverview of Role\nThe IT Network Engineer reports to the IT Infrastructure manager and the primary role is to be responsible for the evaluation, design, planning, implementation and support of Network related solutions with a global scope. You will be joining an international team of Network Engineers, contributing to the continuous optimization of our IT infrastructure services.\nAssist project teams with technical issues in the Initiation and Planning phases of our standard Project Management Methodology. These activities include the definition of needs, benefits, and technical strategy; research & development within the project life cycle; technical analysis and design; and support of operations staff in executing, testing and rolling-out the solutions. Participation in projects focused on smoothing the transition of projects from development to production matters by performing operations activities within the project life cycle.\nMain Responsibilities\nMonitor the global network eco-system to ensure issues are addressed to maintain SLA’S\nBecome ICT Owner of specific products and ensure that all the responsibilities surrounding ICT ownership, such as product evolution, Design and documentation are addressed\nDiagnose, analyze and solve problems over the numerous technologies ( Centalion Networks Global, Firewall related issues and Routing Issues)\nAnalyze network performance and provide operations reports on the network infrastructure\nDesign and perform installation of new sites\nBe a project manager and technical resource on Global and regional Projects to implement new technologies\nProvide architectural insight and possible improvements that could be made based on the Centalion IT Strategy\nEnsure that systems are managed per established SLA (Service Level Agreement)\nSupport for global deployment will require off-hours support across multiple time zones\nPerform ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager\nProfile\nThe individual should have the following experience:\nA bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field\nMinimum 4 years of previous working experience as a network specialist from an international company\nWide understanding of global corporate technologies: Network Protocols (STP, ARP, DHCP, DNS and DNS management, IPSec);
