The Team Lead will guide the team in delivering high-quality support, managing complex projects, and aligning infrastructure initiatives with business and IT strategy.\nMain Responsibilities\nLead, mentor, and develop a team of system engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement\n\nAllocate resources, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of infrastructure tasks and projects\n\nAct as the escalation point for complex technical issues and guide resolution efforts\n\nOversee the provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of global systems infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, and messaging platforms\n\nDrive standardization and automation of infrastructure processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk\n\nEnsure systems are managed in accordance with SLAs, security policies, and compliance requirements\n\nLead or contribute to the design and implementation of infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments\n\nCollaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions from development to production\n\nProvide architectural input and strategic recommendations aligned with business goals and IT roadmaps\n\nOversee administration of Microsoft Exchange (O365 & On-prem), Active Directory, Intune, VMware, and related platforms\n\nEnsure timely patching, upgrades, and performance tuning of systems in accordance with change management procedures\n\nMaintain documentation, monitor system health, and ensure proactive issue detection and resolution\n\nWork closely with global IT teams, business units, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery\n\nCommunicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on system performance, risks, and improvement initiatives\n\nParticipate in audits, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity efforts\n\n Profile\nA Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field\n\n8+ years of experience in systems engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role\n\nProven expertise in Microsoft Exchange (O365 & On-prem), Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Intune, and backup solutions (e.g., Veeam)\n\nStrong understanding of infrastructure architecture, security, and performance optimization\n\nExperience managing global environments and supporting systems across multiple time zones\n\nFamiliarity with ITIL processes, change/incident management, and enterprise monitoring tools\n\nMCSE or equivalent certifications are highly desirable\n\nLeadership and team development\n\nInfrastructure architecture and systems design\n\nAdvanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis\n\nProject management and cross-functional collaboration\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement\n\nStrong documentation and process improvement mindset\n\nFluent in English
