We offer high quality, finely tailored software development, Startup as a Service and Digital transformation services, or a dedicated team as a potential way for your success.

A live product that matters, real users, growing metrics - not yet profitable. Your job is to close that gap.

Format: On-site / In-Office

Salary: $1000 - $2000 USD (Net. Stable + Bonus + Equity as Tokens)

Locations: Minsk (Belarus)

We are Centaurea - a team of imperfect people with a passion to build good, useful software in search of a Product Manager/Owner with the discipline of a founder and the curiosity of a researcher. Our product is complex, alive, and funded patiently by a profitable company that believes in it. We're looking for an adult, hands-on product person to work directly with the founder: form hypotheses, test them with your own hands, change the product by what the numbers say to drive success through evidence and empathy, not ego. If this feels inspiring and exciting - you belong here.

⭐ Why You’ll Love It Here:

  • The Real Game, Not a Backlog Queue Find what users need, change the product, watch the numbers answer. Every experiment you run has visible stakes, and the scoreboard is public. Bring a smarter way and watch it ship, not die in a backlog. This is the room people get sharp in.
  • Direct & Honest Culture We value truth over comfort. Stakeholders are demanding and don't sugarcoat feedback. We expect you to stand your ground with data, not emotion, being an adult who separates their ego from their work.
  • High-Density Experience Strong people sharpen fast here because the bar is high. We throw you into the deep end with real responsibility. Mess up - we fix it together and expect the lesson to stick the first time.
  • The Founder Is Your Counterpart One conversation away from any decision. Argue with data and decisions move fast - including reversals of the founder's own calls.
  • No Ceiling We care about your output. If you deliver results and solve problems, you move up. Simple as that. The strategy has an author and a year of runway. Your territory is everything between strategy and reality: what to test first, how to test it cheaply, what the numbers actually said, what ships. Inside that territory, your call is final - and you get your own test slots each quarter, no approval needed. Your reads prove right, your territory grows.

The Sharp Edges (Read Before Applying)

  • Strategy and Dirty Hands, Same Person. Fifty user calls - you make them. Test campaign - you launch it. SEO draft - you write it. You'll have AI leverage for all of it - but the hands and the judgment are yours. That's the seat.
  • Authority Is Earned, Out Loud. Your decisions will be questioned in plain words, sometimes hard - and your authority expands exactly as fast as your predictions prove right. The same right is yours: call anything broken, including the founder's decisions, if you've got the argument.
  • You Bring the Weather You make progress felt: narrate the wins, show the numbers that moved, keep the product's story alive in the room. Energy is part of this seat's job, not a personality bonus.

Who we are looking for:

We value trajectory and attitude over a perfect checklist. We want a human first, professional second-someone who cares deeply about the user and the team.

The Baseline (Experience)

  • 2+ years in a decision-making role, building something real for real users with access to feedback (Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Senior UX)
  • You've changed a product by its numbers. At least once, data or users proved you wrong - and you changed the thing itself, not the marketing around it. Any scale counts: a feature, a service, your own small business ($10k earned solo is one good example)

The Mindset

  • Emotional Stability and Curiosity You handle direct feedback without spiraling. Your drive comes from solving problems, not seeking validation. You listen to understand, not to reply. Your breakthrough moments come from a desire to solve the user's pain, not to feed your own vanity.
  • Kill Discipline A smart person generates 100 hypotheses; AI adds 100 more. Traffic and hands allow testing three. You choose which three - and let 197 decent ideas die, including your favorites. Come ready to tell us about the best idea you ever killed, and why.
  • The Caretaker’s Attitude You view the product not as a set of features, but as a way to heal user pain. You act as a kind caretaker for the user’s needs-listening with empathy to find where it hurts, then working relentlessly to fix it.
  • Service Over Status You lead because you care about the product and the people, not because you want power. Sometimes it means manually testing a feature, or "market research" means making 50 calls yourself. You don't say "that's not my job"- instead: "this is what needs to be done to win." You are willing to make 1,000 calls to find the truth, but smart enough to automate the process once you see the pattern.
  • Resource Responsibility You treat company resources (time, money, dev effort) as your own. You hate waste.

The Toolset (Hard Skills)

  • Product fundamentals: CustDev, unit economics, funnel/retention analytics - fluent, not just familiar. You know how to calculate whether a feature is worth building.
  • Prioritization: RICE, CJM, JTBD - used on real decisions, not just read about. Expect to sketch our product's jobs-to-be-done live in the interview.
  • Experiment design: you can turn an idea into a cheap, honest test - and read the result without flattering yourself.
  • AI as a daily lever: LLMs in your normal workflow - interview synthesis, draft generation, research, hypothesis expansion. You use it to multiply your hands, and your judgment to kill what it over-produces.

Context We Value (Bonus)

  • Entrepreneurial Scars: You’ve built something, sold it, or failed at it. You understand the "first dollar" problem.
  • Tech Literacy: You speak the same language as the developers.
  • Evidence-Based: Your default state is "Let's test it," not "I think so."

What We Offer

  • Stability & Trust 100% official employment and white salary. We honor our commitments so you can focus on the work.
  • Flexible Environment Comfortable offices steps away from the subway in Minsk or Tbilisi. We value output over strict hours, but we need you present.
  • In-Person Collaboration Complex problems are best solved face-to-face. This is a 100% on-site role (no remote) to foster real connection.
  • True Ownership Competitive wage + Performance Bonuses. For those who stay and build with us, we offer a token-based equity program. We want you to own a piece of the value you create.

Salary: $1000 - $2,000 USD (Net. Based on skills & maturity. Stable salary + Bonus + Equity) As you unlock value and revenue, your compensation grows. We want a partner who shares in the victory.

Beyond tokens, there's a partner track - it's not granted, but rather earned over years of honest and smart work for the company; one person in our history has walked it.

Locations: Minsk (Belarus) [In-Office]

Ready to do the real work?

Apply now and let's build something real. IMPORTANT: When applying, please answer this specific question (briefly, like 3-4 sentences max, strictly no AI): Tell us about a specific time a user or data proved your hypothesis wrong. How did you realize it? What did you feel in that moment, and what did you change in your product?

P.S. This role isn’t for those seeking applause or a spotlight. It is for the grounded builders who find satisfaction in solving the puzzle, helping the team, and seeing the product succeed.
