CENTEGIX serves K-12 and higher education, healthcare, government, commercial, and public safety organizations nationwide.\nPurpose\nWe are seeking a Product Manager to lead product discovery, prioritization, and delivery for solutions within our daily safety operations product suite.\nThis role will help shape product direction for solutions that support the safe movement of K-12 students from arrival on campus through dismissal, as well as our anonymous tipping service. You will partner closely with Engineering and Product Design to deliver intuitive, reliable software that improves visibility, streamlines coordination, and helps schools address safety concerns.\nThe ideal candidate brings strong foundational product management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex software solutions. You can translate customer needs into clear product priorities and simplify workflows for the people who rely on our solutions every day.\nPosition Responsibilities\nOwn the product roadmap and help shape product direction for solutions within our daily safety operations product suite.\nLead product discovery with customers, users, and stakeholders, combining qualitative feedback and quantitative data to identify high-impact opportunities.\nBalance customer needs, school operations, regulatory considerations, scalability, and technical feasibility.\nUse customer insights, product usage data, and market analysis to inform product decisions.\nTranslate user needs and business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and success criteria.\nBuild a deep understanding of users’ daily safety workflows, operational needs, and challenges.\nPartner closely with Engineering and Product Design to deliver intuitive, reliable software that simplifies daily workflows.\nPrioritize opportunities based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.\nCommunicate product direction, tradeoffs, and progress clearly across Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.\nDefine and track product success metrics to guide iteration and continuous improvement.\nLead cross-functional coordination for product releases and launches, ensuring readiness and supporting adoption across customer and internal teams.\nRequirements\n7+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong focus on building and scaling software products.\nProven track record of leading complex software products from discovery through delivery.\nExperience with K-12 education, workflow management, or safety-related software is a plus.\nAbility to understand complex workflows, integrations, and technical and operational constraints.\nProven ability to partner effectively with Engineering and Product Design to deliver high-quality, user-centered software.\nStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear product decisions and measurable outcomes.\nComfort operating in a high-growth environment with evolving priorities and imperfect information.\nClear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and product direction.\nA data-informed approach to roadmap planning, prioritization, and iteration.\nWillingness to travel occasionally for internal meetings, customer engagements, or industry events.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nRemote first work environment; we offer workplace flexibility\nParticipation in company wide discretionary bonus\nFifteen days of PTO plus twelve company holidays\nThree days of paid Sick Leave and one floating holiday\nMonthly device(s) reimbursement\nUp to $2500/year reimbursement for eligible education expenses\nWe offer a range of Healthcare plans to meet your needs (medical, dental, vision)\n401(k) Plan with 4% employer contribution to help you plan for the future\nEmployee Referral Bonus \nCharitable Program Match\nCompensation\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $120,000-160,000.
