This role drives cross-functional alignment across Training, Instructional Design, Knowledge Management, Quality, business leaders, and Service Partner Training to deliver consistent, scalable, and measurable learning experiences aligned with member and provider needs. The Manager leads efforts to standardize and strengthen training content, identify operational synergies across teams, build workforce flexibility, and ensure trainer readiness and effectiveness during critical business periods.\nKey Details: The Manager, Training role is primarily remote. Candidates will be considered nationwide.\nResponsibilities:\nAssess and identify individual and group training needs through key business indicators and develop various training curriculums, materials and aids\nCoordinate training efforts to meet training demands\nOversee online interactive training initiatives from development to facilitation\nAnalyze and evaluate training effectiveness and ROI and provide reports and recommendations to management\nIdentify and implement cost savings while maintaining effective training programs\nCollaborate with senior management to ensure training and development needs support key business objectives\nOversee the auditing of team results, identify gaps in training, and implement improvements in training programs\nDetermine appropriateness of contracting with outside vendors to accomplish the organization’s training goals and objectives\nMay be required to travel (10%)\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nComplies with all policies and standards\nEducation/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of training experience within the applicable function, preferably in a managed care/insurance environment. Familiarity with computer based training tools and other technology based training platforms.
