Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J -1, OPT, or CPT.\nProvides engineering and operational support for Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), including application onboarding, lifecycle management, troubleshooting, and service improvements.\nProactively identifies opportunities to improve processes, documentation, operational efficiency, and service reliability rather than waiting for improvement efforts to be assigned.\nWorks with application owners, infrastructure teams, and vendors to design and implement secure private access solutions for enterprise applications.\nTroubleshoots complex application-access issues involving authentication, application connectivity, DNS, network routing, and policy enforcement.\nConfigures and supports private access technologies, including application segments, access policies, connector groups, identity integrations, and related platform components.\nParticipates in onboarding new applications and services to the private access platform while ensuring a positive user experience and adherence to security requirements.\nCollaborates with identity, networking, cloud, security, server, application, and support teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.\nDevelops and maintains technical documentation, operational procedures, implementation standards, and support guidance.\nMonitors service health, identifies recurring issues, analyzes operational trends, and proposes improvements to reliability, scalability, and supportability.\nBuilds productive working relationships with technology vendors and internal stakeholders to support ongoing platform operations and strategic initiatives.\nDemonstrates ownership of issues from initial report through validation, communication, documentation, and resolution.\nContributes to architectural discussions, project planning, and implementation efforts involving secure application access and related technologies.\nProvides technical guidance and knowledge sharing to peers, support teams, and stakeholders.\nParticipates in incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management activities related to private access services.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nComplies with all policies and standards.\nEducation/Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and requires 2 - 4 years of related experience.\nOr equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.\nTechnical Skills:\nExperience with Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) or similar Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) technologies preferred.\nKnowledge of identity and authentication technologies such as SAML, OIDC, Entra ID, Okta, or Ping Identity.\nStrong understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, routing, and general network troubleshooting.\nExperience troubleshooting application-access, authentication, and connectivity issues.\nFamiliarity with cloud-hosted and on-premises application architectures.\nExperience with log analysis, troubleshooting tools, and structured problem-solving methodologies.\nExperience with scripting or automation technologies such as PowerShell or Python is a plus.\nSoft Skills:\nIntermediate - Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty.\nIntermediate - Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.\nIntermediate - Ability to work independently.\nLicense/Certification:\nRelevant networking, security, identity, cloud, or Zscaler certifications preferred.\nPay Range: $75,300.00 - $135,400.00 per yearAt Centene, we connect people to the care they need to live healthier lives - and the work you do here makes that impact real every day.
