Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J -1, OPT, or CPT.\nDevelops and executes internal communications strategies aligned with company's focus on dual eligibles, complex populations, and Medicare Advantage\nDefines and leads the strategic direction for assigned training channels and works cross-functionally to identify training needs and ensures timely delivery\nProvides leadership and effectively communicates project status to all stakeholders, including executive summaries and presentations.\nLeads cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company’s objectives.\nRegularly evaluates and optimizes the effectiveness of training and communication channels to ensure impact and effectiveness.\nCollaborates with internal communication partners to create channel-specific content plans that support organizational goals and enhance the knowledge and engagement on dual eligible and Medicare Advantage strategic priorities.\nTracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal communications channels, using insights to refine strategies.\nProvides guidance and counsel to internal teams/clients on training and communications best practices and strategy.\nManages multiple projects through full project life cycle process including requirements gathering, creation of project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, and facilitating project execution, deployment and closure.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nComplies with all policies and standards.\nEducation/Experience: \nBachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, related field or equivalent experience required\nMaster's Degree preferred\n: 4-6 years of communications, public relations, or marketing experience required with a preference for experience with regulatory communication, analysis, and training experience.\nPay Range: $70,100.00 - $126,200.00 per yearAt Centene, we connect people to the care they need to live healthier lives - and the work you do here makes that impact real every day.
