Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT.\nApplicants for this job have the flexibility to work remote from home anywhere in the United States.\nDemonstrated experience building analytics teams along with hands-on technical leadership experience with Power BI, SQL and automation/RPA is highly preferred.\nPerform business analysis, identify root cause, and develop recommendations and solutions to drive business improvements\nCollaborate across departments to develop and implement improved workflows and processes\nEnsure the timeliness and accuracy of internal and external report deliverables\nManage scheduled and ad hoc reporting needs of the organization\nExecute and manage the completion of large reconciliation tasks\nResponsible for the quality and completeness of data in core systems by performing and overseeing the auditing of data\nOversee large systems and data related projects\nMentor and manage a team of data analysts of variable skill and practice levels\nLead and execute complex data related analytical projects to drive business decisions and efficiencies\nEducation/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 6+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience. Medicare and Medicaid managed care experience a plus. Knowledge of various data mining, reporting, and reconciliation tools and methodologies.
