Documents and integrates architecture guidelines, standards, and common services to support project integration requirements. Recommends new data sources, platforms, and tools for adherence to the organization's data strategy, quality standards, and ease of integration.\nProvides technical guidance for data and analytics products and platforms\nProvides subject matter expertise regarding information architecture\nDevelops and enforces the data architecture standards, working with Business, Application, and Operations counterparts to assure data integrity and consistency\nMaintains documentation that maps data models to information systems and business applications\nPartners with Strategy, Enterprise, and Information Architecture teams to enable enterprise data modernization initiativesFocus on turning strategy into delivered business capabilities while ensuring governance, reuse, and platform alignment.\nDefine the architecture for data ingestion, integration, storage, analytics, reporting, security, governance, and operational support. Ensure solutions are scalable, supportable, and aligned with enterprise standards.\nCoordinate intake, discovery, requirements clarification, and stakeholder alignment across business, product, engineering, and platform teams. Translate business outcomes into implementable data and analytics solutions.\nManages data dictionary to improve documentation and coordination\nAssists in building of enterprise architecture information blueprints and data models that illustrate how information is stored, processed, and accessed in the enterprise\nParticipates in data architecture, data sourcing, data flow, and solution discussions for data initiatives\nParticipates in enterprise information architecture discussions around needs and alignment to enterprise goals\nCollaborates on data-related business requirements and perform data architecture reviews\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nComplies with all policies and standards\nEducation/Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and requires 2 - 4 years of related experience.\nOr equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.\nTechnical Skills:\nOne or more of the following skills are desired.\nSolution Architecture experience\nData Pipeline Integration, Data Governance experience\nData Catalog, Metadata, Lineage experience\nExperience with Extract Transform Load (ETL); (Informatica, Talend)\nExperience with OLAP: Snowflake, Teradata, Databricks\nCloud Services (AWS, Azure)\nKnowledge of Business Intelligence (Power BI, other tools)\nOLTP Databases (MS, SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres)\nApplication Development (Python, C#, etc.)\nSoft Skills:\nSeeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty\nAbility to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions\nAbility to work independently\nPay Range: $75,300.00 - $135,400.00 per yearAt Centene, we connect people to the care they need to live healthier lives - and the work you do here makes that impact real every day.
