The PM will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while meeting quality standards and client expectations. Working closely with technical leads, the PM will monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership. This role requires a highly organized, results-driven professional with strong leadership and communication skills.\nRequirements\n Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. \nGuide and coach teams new to Agile/Scrum methodologies. \nCollaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. \nDevelop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. \nCoordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution. \nIdentify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and changes. \nConduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and senior management. \nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. \nUtilize project management tools and methodologies to monitor and report project progress. \nFoster a collaborative and productive team environment, providing leadership and motivation. \nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. \nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI. \nCertified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification. \nMinimum of 8 years of experience managing complex IT projects. \nProven track record of successfully delivering IT initiatives. \nStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. \nProficiency with project management tools and software. \nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. \nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. \nPreferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)\nExperience with COTS products like ServiceNow and or Salesforce\nExperience with legacy-to-cloud migrations. \nExperience with application modernization\nAgile SAFe certification preferred. \nExperience managing AI projects is a plus.\nWork Conditions\nLocation: Hybrid -
