As the primary owner of People systems and technology, this role ensures our platforms, data, integrations, and automation capabilities enable an exceptional employee experience while supporting efficient, scalable, and data-driven People Operations.\nWorking across Centerfield’s HRIS applicant tracking systems, learning platforms, background screening tools, and other People technologies - including Rippling, Ashby, Fountain, Sana, HireRight, Checkr, and future platforms - this role owns all system-related employee lifecycle transactions, maintains accurate employee data, builds workflows and automations, develops reporting and dashboards, supports integrations, and identifies opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technology.\nHow You'll Contribute...\nPeople Systems Administration\nServe as the primary administrator for Centerfield’s People technology ecosystem.\n\nAdminister platforms including Rippling, Ashby, Fountain, Sana, HireRight, and future People technologies.\n\nOversee all employee lifecycle system transactions, including new hires, onboarding, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, manager changes, organizational changes, leaves of absence, and terminations.\n\nConfigure and maintain workflows, approvals, forms, templates, permissions, security roles, and system settings.\n\nSupport system implementations, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and vendor management.\n\nEmployee Data Management & Governance\nMaintain accurate, complete, and timely employee data across all People systems.\n\nPerform routine audits and resolve data discrepancies.\n\nEstablish and maintain data governance standards and documentation.\n\nEnsure compliance with internal controls, security standards, and data privacy requirements.\n\nReporting & Business Intelligence\nDevelop recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.\n\nBuild reporting to support onboarding, performance reviews, talent reviews, compensation planning, learning initiatives, engagement surveys, and other People programs.\n\nLeverage advanced Excel skills and business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to provide meaningful insights.\n\nTranslate business questions into actionable reporting and recommendations.\n\nSystems Integrations, Automation & AI\nPartner with IT and Engineering teams to design, implement, test, and support integrations between People systems and other business applications.\n\nSupport custom solutions via APIs, data mapping, webhooks, file transfers, and integration concepts,\n\nBuild and maintain automated workflows that improve efficiency and reduce manual work.\n\nEvaluate AI tools and automation technologies that improve operational efficiency, reporting, and the employee experience.\n\nRecommend enhancements that modernize the People technology ecosystem and support organizational growth.\n\nWhat We're Looking For...\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Analytics, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n\n4+ years of experience administering HRIS, People Systems, or HR Technology platforms.\n\nExperience with modern HR technology such as Rippling, Workday, BambooHR, Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Fountain, or similar platforms.\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas, and data analysis.\n\nExperience with business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills.\n\nExperience supporting system integrations and working with APIs, webhooks, data mapping, or technical teams is strongly preferred.\n\nExperience building workflow automations using native platform tools or automation platforms is preferred.\n\nFamiliarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies.\n\nLife at Centerfield...\nThis is a hybrid position, and employees are expected to come into our Playa Vista, CA office every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday\n\nCompetitive salary + semi-annual bonus\n\nUnlimited PTO -
